Garbage sell out in UK

The NME.COM Get Out Guide, covering the best gigs and clubs across the UK, rated Garbage as one of the top 5 selling gigs. This list is updated daily, and Garbage have already been in #2, together with Gomez, Hives or Doves. The #1 selling gig has been the NME Carling Awards Tour 2002.

End of this Australian tour leg

Yesterday, February 3rd, Garbage gave their last show in Australia, for an unkown amount of time. This tour gave great results, with very successful shows, magazine covers, and “Cherry Lips” entering to #7 in the singles sales chart.

Garbage tour back to the US

Garbage are returning to the US to continue their world tour in May. The first concert the world knows of is on May 25th, on the Paramount Theatre, in the city of Seattle. No further US dates have been revealed.

Another European date added

The Rockpalast music site (that also broadcasts on the TV), has announced a Garbage gig in Germany.It’s on April 10th, in Köln, Paladium. Let’s hope now the European tour covers most of the europen counties.

Butch still not with Garbage

The latest leg of the american tour hasn’t seen Butch Vig yet. Garbage kept playing with Matt Chamberlain in drums, who is doing a great jog too. The band will play this year’s Star 98.7 Not So Silent Night joining Better Than Ezra, Nelly Furtado, and Alanis Morisette. The show takes place on Thursday, December 13th | Doors Open @ 6:30pm at The Shrine Auditorium. Tickets go on sale Saturday, November 24th at 10am. Ticket Prices: $65/$50/$35

Butch Vig has Hepatitis A. He’s gonna be out of the short european tour, in which he’ll be replaced by Matt Chamberlain, who has also played for Tori Amos, Fiona Apple, and Smashing Pumpkins.
