4th album produced worldwide?

According to the site Girl Don’t Come, the the furthercoming LP will be produced in Paris, London, New York, and Amsterdam,
according to different rumours.
Butch Vig had confirmed that a fourth album is planned… even though the band would like to produce it faster than beautifulgarbage (one year) the album won’t be recorded in at smart studios as the other LP’s but it different towns.
