New Garbage album is completed

Butch Vig has announced that the new Garbage album is completed.

The album is done! My first day off in months. Not sure what to do. Weird.
Think I’m going to take a long walk to one of the local coffee shops, load up on espresso! BV

The album (currently untitled) will have 11 tracks and be released in early 2012. A single is expected in January or February and a tour will follow.

Over the past few months the band have been releasing a number of videos with some pretty cool soundtracks so hopefully some of this has been imported into the record itself.
