Daily Download Day 10: Video: Milk – MTV EMA ’96

If it wasn’t for this performance, problably this site would never exist. I was watching the MTV European Music Awards in November 14th 1996, when this band went on stage.
Though I had heard a couple of singles but didn’t felt in love from them, when added to this hipnotic live performance, the need to hear the rest of the album was instantaneous. A few days later, their debut album was the first CD I had ever bought in my life. A few singles followed, and so the story goes.
This performance made Garbage my first favourite band 10 years ago, and the podium is still theirs. For those who haven’t seen it, hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
