Garbage on “Street Scene” bill

Garbage are among the acts confirmed for the 2005 edition of the San Diego Street Scene festival. Set for July 29-30 at an area adjacent to the city’s Qualcomm Stadium, the event will feature more than 30 artists, like Snoop Doog, the White Stripes, 311, the Black Eyed Peas, the Pixies, Flaming Lips, Method Man, Kasabian, (International) Noise Conspiracy, etc.
With pre-sale tickets already sold out, $65 weekend passes for the event go on sale Thursday (May 26) via Street-scene.com and 888-487-4347. A limited number of VIP passes, which include two tickets, parking, a special entrance and a VIP area within the event grounds, will be available for $300.
