Date set for Ramones tribute album

The release date has been confirmed for ‘We’re a Happy Family: A Tribute to the Ramones’.
According to a website of pop punkers Green Day, the record will hit shops on 11 February.
Green Day will appear on the album; other stars covering the Ramones for the tribute include the Red Hot Chili Peppers (’Havana Affair’), Metallica (’53rd & 3rd’) and Garbage (’I Just Want to Have Something to Do’).
Irish rockers U2 contribute a version of ‘Beat on the Brat’ to the album.
