Garbage out of 2001 Spin’s top

For the first year, Garbage will not appear on SPIN Magazine’s Top 20 albums of the year, the most coveted Top 20 list of albums released during each year. In 1995 Garbage landed on spot #11 with “garbage” and in 1998 land in the #8 with “Version 2.0? and this will be the first year Garbage has failed to place within the list with a new album. The top album this year according to SPIN was System of a Down’s “Toxicity”. Basement Jaxx’s “Rooty” got #3, Bjork’s “Vespertine” settled for #5 and Gorillaz are #6 with “Gorillaz.”
