99X US radio wants you to be Garbage’s tour manager

WNNX “99X”/Atlanta is offering their listeners a job with one of the hottest bands in Modern Rock, Garbage. All week long, the station is giving out tickets to the band’s show in Atlanta on April 14, two days after the release of their new album, Bleed Like Me. The winners are qualified for the grand prize of being Garbage’s tour manager for a day. The winner will do whatever the band’s tour manager does, including traveling with the band from the hotel to the venue, participating in sound check, taking care of the will call list. According to 99X, the winner may even be “warming up Shirley Manson’s tea, laughing at the band’s jokes, [and] rubbing Butch Vig‘s feet.” Garbage has added seven more dates to their spring tour, in Seattle, Los Angeles, Boston, New York, Washington, DC, Toronto, and Chicago.
